WELCOME TO THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER
Step One - Choose Appointment:
- Verify the type of appointment and coach is correct.
- Double check that your time zone is correct in the box. If not, click the down arrow to change.
- Click the time slot in your choice of day. If you can't find the right time/day, click "Find More Times" arrow on the right side. After clicking your chosen time, click "Continue".
Step Two - Your Information:
- Fill out the required information to book the appointment (name, phone, email address are required). Click "Complete Appointment".
Step Three - Confirmation:
- Your confirmation pops up after booking your appointment. You will see a message from your coach with instructions to prepare for the appointment as well as the Zoom link where the meeting will take place.
- Links are in the emails to "Cancel" or "Reschedule" should that be necessary.
- You will get the confirmation details in an email. And a reminder email 24 hours before the appointment will also be sent.
- Handy buttons included to add the appointment to your Google calendar -or- iCal/Outlook calendar.
